Where applicable, refund requests must be made in writing within 14 working days.

Joetian Limited provides all relevant documents (Receipts, Deed of Assignment, Survey, C of O, or R of O where applicable).

Processing timelines for documentation depend on relevant government authorities.

7. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate personal and business details for transactions.

Clients are expected to comply with estate rules, zoning, and development regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Joetian Limited shall not be liable for losses resulting from client negligence, misinformation, or third-party interference.

We do not guarantee future property value appreciation, though we provide advisory based on market trends.

9. Privacy Policy

Client data is handled with confidentiality and used strictly for transaction and communication purposes.

We do not share client information with unauthorized third parties.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from transactions shall first be settled amicably.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Nigerian law.

11. Amendments

Joetian Limited reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified accordingly.
